Lua's Catering features an authentic mix of traditional flavors and hand selected premium quality local fresh ingredients! Our quality inspired offerings match themselves perfectly to virtually every Family Gathering, Event and Venue. Select recipes were perfected in Jiquilpan Michoacán, Mexico. The Mexican tradition of passing the secret recipes, processes and above all the desire to please our customers down to successive generations was closely followed.

Our Menu includes the following: Asada-Beef, Al-Pastor–Seasoned Pork, Chicken Fajitas with a Bell Pepper mix, everyone’s favorite our tender Carnitas, Basa Fish Tacos with a special salsa and our own coleslaw. (Other items and more Seafood available.) Also serving Mama Lua’s own recipe Rice and Beans, locally produced Chips and our very own Salsa Blends and fresh Guacamole.
